このたびは、Laplaceのウェブサイトをご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。代表取締役の廣田裕介です。 Thank you for visiting the Laplace website. I'm Yusuke Hirota, CEO of Laplace.

資産のトークン化市場は、いま世界的に急拡大しています。BCGの調査によれば、この市場は2030年代前半までに約3,000兆円規模に達すると予測されており、米国や中東、シンガポールなどでは、不動産をはじめとするあらゆる資産のオンチェーン化がすでに実務の段階に入っています。一方で日本は、法制度・実務インフラの両面において、この世界的な潮流にまだ十分に追いついていないのが実情です。 The asset tokenization market is expanding rapidly worldwide. According to BCG research, it is projected to reach roughly ¥3,000 trillion by the early 2030s, and in markets such as the US, the Middle East, and Singapore, putting assets — real estate chief among them — on-chain has already moved into practice. Japan, however, has yet to fully catch up with this global trend, in both its legal framework and practical infrastructure.

日本には、個人の現金・預金だけで1,100兆円という、世界でも類を見ない規模の資産が、低金利のまま眠っています。海外に目を向ければ、銀行に預けるだけで年4%程度の金利がつく国も珍しくありません。この差は、単なる金利の差ではなく、「情報とアクセスの非対称性」の差だと私たちは考えています。海外不動産をはじめとする海外資産は、これまで情報が限られ、実務のハードルも高く、一部の富裕層や機関投資家にしか開かれていませんでした。 In Japan, personal cash and deposits alone amount to an unparalleled ¥1,100 trillion, sitting largely dormant at low interest rates. Look abroad, and it's not unusual to find countries offering around 4% annual interest on ordinary bank deposits. We believe this gap isn't simply about interest rates — it's a gap in information and access. Overseas assets, real estate chief among them, have long been accessible only to a small circle of wealthy individuals and institutional investors, held back by limited information and high practical barriers.

Laplaceは、この非対称性を解消し、世界中のあらゆる資産に、誰もが100ドルからワンクリックでアクセスできるマーケットプレイスを目指しています。いわば「資産版のAmazon」を日本発でつくることが、私たちの目指す姿です。 Laplace aims to close this gap and build a marketplace where anyone, anywhere, can access any asset in the world with a single click, starting from $100. In short, our goal is to build the "Amazon of assets" — and to build it from Japan.

私自身、新卒からおよそ7年間Amazonに勤務し、グローバルなプラットフォーム・マーケットプレイスを拡大していく現場に携わってまいりました。世界中のあらゆる商品を、誰もがワンクリックで手にできるようにする仕組みづくりに携わった経験を土台に、次世代のブロックチェーン金融プラットフォームの構築に取り組んでおります。 I personally spent about seven years at Amazon after graduating, working on the front lines of scaling a global platform marketplace. Building on that experience — helping make it possible for anyone to get any product in the world with one click — I'm now building the next generation of blockchain-based financial platforms.

創業から日は浅いものの、GITEX Global TOP10入選、Ripple・JETROによるプログラムでの最優秀賞受賞、東京大学での登壇機会など、国内外で少しずつ信頼を積み重ねてまいりました。今後も、Christie's International Real EstateやSheng Tai International、UK信託、Rippleをはじめとする国内外のパートナーの皆様とともに、日本発のグローバルなRWA市場づくりに取り組んでまいります。 Though we're still early in our journey, we've steadily built trust at home and abroad — reaching the Top 10 at GITEX Global, winning the Grand Prize in a program run by Ripple and JETRO, and speaking at the University of Tokyo, among other milestones. Going forward, we will continue working alongside partners in Japan and overseas — including Christie's International Real Estate, Sheng Tai International, UK Trust, and Ripple — to build a global RWA market that starts here in Japan.
